Ambika Holidays Payment Policy

1. Booking and Payment Terms:
  • To confirm a booking, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total tour package price is required at the time of booking
  • The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 15 days before the tour departure date
  • For last-minute bookings made within 10 days of the tour departure date, full payment is required at the time of booking
  • Flights/Train/Bus or any other Tickets full in advance need to pay
2. Payment Methods:
We accept payments via the following methods:
  • Bank transfer (details will be provided upon request)
  • Credit/Debit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
  • Digital wallets (e.g., Paytm, Google Pay, etc.)
  • Cash payments are accepted only at our authorized offices
3. Cancellations and Refunds:
  • Cancellations must be made in writing via email or through our customer service hotline
  • Cancellations made 10 days before the departure date will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking amount
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 10 days of the tour departure date or for no-shows
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 business days
4. Modifications to Booking:
  • Any modifications to the booking (e.g., date changes, upgrades) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges
  • A change fee of applicable for modifications made within tour departure date
5. Non-Payment:
  • Failure to complete payment by the due date will result in the automatic cancellation of your booking
  • Any payments made up to that point will be forfeited according to our cancellation policy
6. Travel Insurance:
  • We highly recommend all travelers to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen cancellations, medical emergencies, or other travel-related risks
7. Special Offers and Discounts:
  • Promotional discounts or special offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly outlined at the time of booking
  • Offers are non-transferable and cannot be applied retroactively to existing bookings
8. Disputes and Chargebacks:
  • In the event of a payment dispute, Ambika Holidays will work with the customer to resolve the issue amicably
  • Customers initiating chargebacks without prior notice will be subject to investigation and legal recourse if found unjustified
